All Sales Final: Once you book your training date, all sales are final.
Date Changes: If you need to change your scheduled training, you may request one date change up to 10 days prior to the start of your course. Changes will only be granted once per enrollment and are subject to future availability.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance or late cancellation.
Film Festival Connect Passes
No Refunds: Film Festival Connect Core Pass, Core + Partner Pass, Connect Networking Pass and Year-Round Pass purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Published Tier Benefits: A pass provides only the benefits published for its tier. These may include advance RSVP opportunities, priority guest-list placement, one eligible Partner Event admission from an available confirmed allocation, or specified networking benefits.
Access Conditions: A pass is not official film-festival accreditation and does not guarantee event admission. All access remains subject to confirmation requirements, published deadlines, capacity, event-specific rules, and final organizer and venue authority.
Year-Round Pass: The Year-Round Pass provides 365 days of programme updates and eligible published benefits. It is a one-time pass and does not automatically renew.
Programme Changes: Events, venues, speakers, Partner Event allocations and networking benefits may change or remain subject to confirmation. If Airtists cancels the purchased programme in full, the remedy stated under General Terms applies, subject to applicable law.

In the unlikely event of program cancellation by us, alternate dates or credits will be offered.
Frequently Asked Questions (Brand Course for Creatives)
Can I join after the course has started?
Yes! The Brand Course for Creatives runs continuously in a 7-week modular rotation. Each module is self-contained and focuses on a different aspect of creative brand building. You can join anytime — you’ll start at the current module and continue through the loop until you’ve completed all seven.
What happens if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded, and replays are made available to enrolled participants. You can catch up at your own pace or attend the same module in the next rotation.
Do I need to restart the course if I join late?
No. Once you’ve joined, you’ll stay enrolled and simply continue through the rotation. When the cycle resets, you’ll complete any earlier modules you missed. Upon completing all seven modules, you’ll receive your certificate of completion.
Are refunds available if I can’t attend?
All sales remain final as outlined above. However, you can defer your participation once to a future cycle (subject to availability).
