Arrivals, room coordination, attendee support and promotional outreach.
Photographers, videographers and media creators who can capture event video, stills or both. Include a portfolio, website, reel or professional social page so we can review your work and event fit.
Volunteers support event operations. Promotional ambassadors welcome guests and grow the Festival Connect community. Selected media representatives may receive event access and role-based benefits, with the coverage scope confirmed in advance.
